The book that I read over Spring Break was the 14th Goldfish. It was about a girl in 6th grade named Ellie. She is a pretty standard girl who lives with her mom-- a drama teacher at a high school. One night she hears that her grandfather has been arrested. When her Mom drives him home he is a 12 year old boy. Her grandfather Melvin was a scientist and he found a cure for old age. This is basically the plot of the book. It has a lot to do with science and famous scientists-- which is kind of interesting. This was a really quick read, and it was not well written at all. It was really young and not that interesting. Overall I don't recommend the 14th Goldfish, but it could be good if you are looking for a REALLY quick read.
